Kelly (she/her) is a compassionate and affirming Registered Social Worker who offers trauma-
informed, relational therapy grounded in clinical expertise and holistic healing. As a queer-
identifying therapist, Kelly brings lived experience, cultural humility, and deep respect for
diversity into her work, creating a welcoming and affirming space where clients feel seen,
respected, and supported. She holds a Master of Social Work with a specialization in clinical
therapy and is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service
Workers (OCSWSSW).
Kelly believes meaningful healing happens when the mind, body, and nervous system are
included in the therapeutic process. Central to her approach is helping clients develop a felt
sense of safety and regulation within their bodies, allowing space to gently explore emotions,
patterns, and life experiences which may feel overwhelming or contribute to feeling stuck.
Drawing from mindfulness-based and Buddhist-informed practices, Kelly integrates
grounding, present-moment awareness, and compassion-focused techniques to support
clients in shifting perspectives and easing suffering in ways that feel accessible and
collaborative. Nature, connection, and relationship are woven throughout Kelly’s work. She
recognizes our nervous systems are often most supported when we feel connected; to
ourselves, to others, and to the natural world.
Therapy with Kelly is collaborative and client-centered; she honors each person’s lived
experience and views clients as the experts of their own lives, walking alongside them as they
reconnect with their strengths and inner wisdom. Using a trauma-informed, attachment-
based lens, Kelly supports individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety and depression,
relationship and parenting challenges, body image concerns, grief and loss, childhood and
developmental trauma, and ongoing stress.
She welcomes adults seeking a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore healing,
growth, and deeper self-understanding. Outside of her clinical work, Kelly enjoys spending
time in nature with her beagles, connecting with her partner, and embracing play and
community through a lively game of euchre; values that mirror her belief in balance,
connection, and meaning beyond the therapy room.
